MATH Lab Method

Every student will begin at his/her own starting point determined by several assessment tests. The assessment tests will help to identify any learning gaps in the prior grade levels. Your child will progress and advance steadily to the next skill level every time after he/she masters a nearly perfect score. One workbook at a time plus any necessary drills/skills practice worksheets will be assigned to your child to work on daily basis. Your child will attend the Lab two times a week (30 min. each) or once a week (one hour). Your child may come at any time during the Lab hours (schedule see below). This allows your child to perform at 100% of their potential!

MATH Lab Curriculum

The Lab curriculum is close to 100% word problems, Gr. K to 12, plus speed drills.

Extra Curriculum Gr. K – 5: Patterns
Includes: Pattern Completion, Pattern Sequencing, Pattern Analogy & Spatial Relationship. Worksheets are in both multiple choice and exercise format.

Math Lab Schedule

• Sugar Land location (starts now) Mon & Wed 4-7 pm Sat. 1-3 pm
• Houston location (starts Jan. 2005) Mon & Wed 5 – 6:30 pm

Tuition

$65/mo. of 4 weeks, total one hour/week (prefer twice per week @30minutes), Math Lab Curriculum only (max. one workbook per student per month, additional workbook @$6.99ea.)
Extra $40/mo. of 4 weeks, extra 30 min./week with Patterns Curriculum, completes in 3 months plus 2 weeks review prior to G/T or NNAT test. Accelerated course on Patterns Curriculum alone at $125 for 5 hours total during the MATH Lab schedule time.
